Pet trusts are now authorized under Florida law. A pet trust can be established to provide for the care and maintenance of your pets. With a pet trust, you can also designate a trust protector, whose role is to ensure that the trust assets will be used as you direct to care for your pet(s).

A Pet Trust is an extension of a Basic Will. Accordingly the total price will include the basic will and the pet trust as an addition, together with any other options selected for the basic will.
